New Headteacher appointed

The Governors of Whitehill Primary School and Directors of the Gravesend Grammar School Academies Trust are very pleased to have appointed Mr Adam Lowing as Headteacher of Whitehill Primary School from September 2018.

Mr Lowing has most recently been headteacher at St Mary Cray Primary Academy and has previously worked at other schools in the Bromley area. He has been a Specialist Leader of Education and is an ‘Advanced Reviewer’ for Challenge Partners. In 2017 his current school was in the most successful 10% of primary schools in terms of progress nationally.

His track record in school improvement will build on the improvements at Whitehill and take the School on the next stage of its journey to ‘Outstanding’.
