Year 1 - Planting seeds in compostable plant pots that we made as part of enrichment work.

Year 1 - The Three Little Pigs

In Year 1 we have based our learning around the story of The Three Little Pigs. We also created our own houses for the three pigs to live in. We had to work together, share ideas and take turns. We are very proud of our finished results!

As part of our learning in DT, we have planned and designed our own cars. We were able to identify and label the different parts of the car and tried our hardest to match our plan. We had great fun racing them at the end to see how fast they could go.

This term in Science, we have been exploring our tastebuds. We tried different foods such as bitter or sweet. We liked some of them and some made our faces squish up!
