Weekly Bulletin: Friday 7th November 2025
We want to start this week's bulletin with a sincere thank you and a heartfelt
apology to everyone. Thank you for your patience and understanding and sorry for the ongoing failings in our communication systems. Frustratingly, it has been a trying time and from our perspective, most definitely not what we had hoped for when we agreed to changes to our IT. We recognise that the recurring reassurances that we have received from the Trust IT Team have fallen short on the great expectations that we had for everyone. On this matter we are very disappointed and exasperated for you. We have shared your concerns and the concerns that we have on your behalf with the Trust. The Trust have assured us that things will improve. We will keep you posted on this matter.
Best wishes,

Attendance
The foundations of learning are laid in the Primary years of schooling and so Whitehill Primary School is committed to making sure that our children do not miss out on the education and care that we offer. Regular attendance is critical if our pupils are to be happy, successful and benefit from the opportunities presented to them now and in the future.
Good attendance is fundamental to a successful and fulfilling school experience. We actively promote 100% attendance for all our pupils and we use a variety of rewards and incentives to promote good attendance and punctuality. Awards are group focused rather than given to individuals as we recognise that our students cannot help being absent for medical reasons.
